  1. How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 7 to 12 Business Days from the time they are placed.

  1. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order anytime before it is dispatched. To cancel your order, contact us at support@heavlist.com with your order details. Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you can initiate a return after receiving the item by following our Return Policy.

  1. What is your return & refund policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for unused and undamaged items in their original packaging. Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns.

Refund Processing:

Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  1. What if I order the wrong product?

If you accidentally order the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@heavlist.com or call +1 (713) 757-2669. If the order hasn’t been shipped, we’ll correct it for you.

If the order has already been dispatched, you can return the incorrect product within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and meet our Return Policy requirements. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the mistake was made by Heavlist.

To expedite the process, you may place a new order for the correct product while we process your return. Refunds for the returned item will be issued once it has passed inspection.

  1. What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, inspect the package immediately. If the damage is visible, reject the delivery and notify the courier. If the damage is discovered after opening the package, contact us within 48 hours at support@heavlist.com.

Provide your order number, a description of the damage, and photos of the product and packaging. Depending on the situation, we’ll offer a replacement, refund, or store credit. If required, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label to return the damaged item.

  1. How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Use this number to monitor your shipment’s status through the courier’s website. If you have any trouble tracking your order, reach out to our support team for assistance.

  1. What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If you realize you’ve entered an incorrect shipping address, contact us immediately at support@heavlist.com. If the order has not been dispatched, we’ll update the address for you.

For orders already in transit, we may not be able to change the address. If the package is returned to us, you’ll be responsible for the re-shipping costs.
