Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following criteria:

Must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories included.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items purchased on Final Sale or during special promotions are non-returnable.

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration by the customer are not eligible for returns.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at support@heavlist.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with return instructions.

Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery. Unauthorized returns without an RAN will not be processed.

Included in the Package

Upon request, we can include a physical return label in your original package. This makes it easy to return the item without needing to print anything.

Downloadable PDF

Prefer a digital option? We’ll email you a downloadable PDF return label, which you can print at your convenience and follow the provided instructions to send the package back to us.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for returns under any circumstances:

Gift cards or promotional vouchers.

Customized products that are made-to-order.

Items purchased during flash sales or marked as Final Sale.

Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

Returning Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@heavlist.com with a description and photos of the issue.

Heavlist will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged or incorrect items.

Do not attempt to repair or alter a damaged item, as this will void eligibility for returns or replacements.

Customers are encouraged to inspect the package upon delivery and report any visible damage to the courier immediately.

Exchange Policy

If you’d like to exchange an item, you must return the original product first by following the return steps mentioned above.

Once your return is received and approved, you will be notified. You can then place a new order for the replacement item.

Exchange requests are subject to stock availability at the time of your new order.

Processing Time for Returns

Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo inspection within 3-5 business days.

If your return is approved, you will receive an email confirmation and the next steps will be initiated (refund or exchange).

Refund Policy

Refunds: Processed within 10 business days after the returned item passes inspection.

Eligibility: Only items returned in their original, unused condition are eligible.

Non-Refundable Items: Final Sale items, customized products, and orders canceled after shipping.

Conditions for Refunds

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where Heavlist has sent the incorrect or defective product.

For bundled or discounted purchases, the refund amount will be adjusted based on the promotion applied.

Refund Timelines

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

If the refund does not appear in your account within this timeframe, please contact your bank or credit card provider for further assistance.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been successfully processed.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

Items that fail the return inspection due to improper use, damage, or missing components.

Products marked as Final Sale or customized items.

Orders that are canceled after shipping; in such cases, only the product cost (excluding shipping fees) will be refunded.

Refunds for Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@heavlist.com with photos and details of the issue.

In such cases, Heavlist will cover return shipping costs and offer either a replacement or a full refund based on customer preference.

Refunds will only be processed once the defective item is returned and inspected.

Refunds do not apply to damages caused by improper use, mishandling, or normal wear and tear.
