Transit, Handling, Order Cut-Off Time, and Delivery Time

Transit Time: 6 to 9 Business Days (Monday to Friday).

Handling Time: 1 to 3 Business Days (Monday to Friday).

Order Cut-Off Time: 4:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time.

Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 7 to 12 Business Days from the time they are placed.

We strive to process and deliver your orders promptly. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, carrier issues, or other disruptions. We appreciate your patience and understanding during such times.

Delivery Terms

We primarily use FedEx for shipping. However, we reserve the right to use alternative delivery platforms depending on factors such as shipping charges, service availability, and customer requirements. This flexibility ensures that your orders are delivered efficiently and cost-effectively.

For our valued customers, we offer a flat shipping rate of $6.99 USD for deliveries across the USA. This ensures affordable and reliable service, regardless of your location.

Customer Responsibility for Incorrect Orders

If you place an order for the wrong product, the following terms will apply:

You will be responsible for covering the shipping charges to return the incorrect product to us.

You will also need to pay the shipping costs for the correct product, if applicable.

To avoid errors, we recommend double-checking your order details before confirming your purchase.

Incorrect Information Provided by the Customer

Providing accurate and up-to-date information at checkout is essential. If incorrect details, such as an invalid email address or wrong shipping address, cause delays or failed deliveries, Heavlist will not be held liable.

Ensure all contact details and shipping addresses are accurate before placing your order.

Any issues caused by incorrect information will require additional processing time or shipping fees to resolve.

Change of Address

Once an order is in transit, we cannot change the delivery address. If you need to update your address, please contact us immediately at support@heavlist.com or call +1 (713) 757-2669 before your order is shipped.

Address changes requested after dispatch will not be accommodated.

Customers will bear the cost of re-shipping if an address correction is required after the order has shipped.

Order Tracking System

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Wrong Address

If an incorrect address is provided and the shipment cannot be delivered, the package will be returned to our facility. In such cases:

Cancellations

Parcels Damaged in Transit

If your parcel arrives damaged:

For parcels delivered in your absence, notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will investigate the issue and provide a resolution, such as a replacement or refund.

Taxes

Sales tax is included in both the product price and shipping rates, as applicable.
